Talent attributes are not fixed.

In the Slaughter Divine Son era, there were many curios that could permanently increase basic attributes, and if you finished reading the legendary Nether Scroll, it could permanently raise your intelligence and knowledge. The Eternal Exile Scripture doesn’t strictly increase your attribute cap; instead, it transforms your perception attribute into intelligence attribute. Reading those forbidden knowledge could harm your mental will, but in the Bizarre Realm, there is no need to worry about that, as being able to permanently increase the intelligence attribute is sufficient.

Enhancing intelligence at the cost of perception means Shawn can nurture a large number of casters. In the Realm of Reality, finding a genius with a basic intelligence of 18 is difficult, but finding humans with 14-16 intelligence is not hard. As long as they finish reading the Eternal Exile Scripture, they will have the potential to advance as Arcanists.

The path to advance as an Arcanist requires high basic intelligence; without strong understanding abilities, it’s simply impossible to advance.

According to Shawn’s estimates, an Arcanist needs at least 16 points of intelligence, though 18 points would be even better.

He currently cannot find many geniuses with 18 intelligence, but it is not hard to find a group of excellent talents with intelligence around 16. Moreover, among the lost populace of the Garden Planet, there are many with over 14 intelligence, though they may have some personality defects. Shawn is skilled in Mind Path abilities, so modifying their personality defects isn’t difficult. (PS: Ordinary people educated in the Realm of Reality generally have intelligence around 14 points. People with normal modern education mostly have intelligence over 12 points.)

As Shawn’s finger turned into an obsidian-like sheen and touched the Heart Stealing Mage in front of him, the opponent’s body began to dissolve, being completely devoured by Shawn. All the flesh and blood merged into Shawn’s body, granting him an additional +4 to all attributes.

After fully assimilating the opponent’s body, Shawn immediately transformed into a Heart Stealer, looking almost identical to the target.

After digesting the target through Assimilation Technique, Shawn’s disguise checks received an additional +10, almost like substituting the opponent’s identity, and he could read the enemy’s thoughts and memories, altering the enemy’s cognitive memories, perfectly substituting the target’s identity.

Pandora was the first time seeing a human ’eat’ a Heart Stealer, her eyes shimmering, seemingly very interested in this power.

The lost populace has a degree of corruption akin to the Githyanki; creatures enslaved by Heart Stealers will have a certain degree of mind distortion. Her hatred for Heart Stealers was not overtly shown, but once she has power, these lost populace will erupt like Githyanki’s suppressed nature. (PS: Dwarfs, after being enslaved, twisted into Gray Dwarfs.)

"I discovered over ten thousand lost humans with caster potential on the Garden Planet." Shawn further increased his chips to persuade the native forces of the Bizarre Realm.

Even Hecate could not ignore so many potential casters.

Shawn shook his head slightly, saying: "Teacher, I have a plan."

Shawn had never excessively relied on the Thought Steel Seal, because he did not want to forcibly twist ordinary people’s will, choosing at most specific targets, like the monster doctor, who would be implanted with the Thought Steel Seal. Now, on the Garden Planet, he had no such concerns. Su’en’s Heart Stealers’ will had been distorted by the old ones. By implanting the Thought Steel Seal, Shawn merely changed their allegiance to a new master.

Due to the special nature of the Mind Path, Shawn is destined to confront Su’en in the future. Before Su’en returns to the Distant Realm, even dismantling a Heart Stealer Fleet controlled by him would suffice.

The Su’en Heart Stealer Fleet on the Garden Planet originated from the Heart Stealer Empire expeditionary force at the end of the Ancient God Era.

This involves a bit of ancient legend that even Shawn is not very clear about, only knowing the general situation. Ancient Heart Stealers were said to traverse from a distant future to the past, bringing a massive interstellar fleet. The ancient sages of the Ferren Plane also recorded the Heart Stealer fleet, densely packed battleships in the sky, conquering numerous planetary worlds.

Gith people were enslaved during that time.

At its peak, the Heart Stealer Empire controlled many worlds. After completely enslaving the Gith people, they sent an expeditionary force, a vast fleet roamed along the Star Realm to the end of time and space, eventually losing contact completely.
