A nearby Supreme flattered Liu Gaoda, "How unfortunate, Brother Liu! There seems to be nothing here. Let's check the next cavern."
Even though the man was a mid-stage Supreme, whereas Liu Gaoda was only at the early stage.
Over the years, the Blood Palace had expanded without end, joined by many Supremes. The northern old demons were either dead, or had swallowed their pride and entered the Blood Palace. That alone spoke volumes of how terrifying the Blood Palace had become. It made up for its lack of powerhouses with an overwhelming number of Supremes.
Once, a Northern Great Supreme had insulted the Blood Master. That very night, three thousand, blood-red-robed Supremes marched to the North. First, they played a mournful tune on their suonas, then beat the Great Supreme to death.
Since that day, all the mighty Great Supremes learned to hold their tongues. They even warned their juniors never to act recklessly, for fear of offending the legendary Blood Master.
The world trembled. Who did not know of the Blood Palace? His legend spread throughout the lands. The Blood Palace grew stronger by the day, swallowing the entire Northern Region.
Countless Demon Caverns fell into its hands. Every day, endless streams of demon spawns were sent into the palace's underworld.
What were once terrifying demon spawns were now cultivation trophies for the Supremes.
