My Stepbrother, My Enemy {BL}

Chapter 135: Violet Seduction

3rd Person POV

Adrien hadn’t expected anyone to be in the room, especially not her. As the door clicked shut behind him, he turned, already feeling tense, and was taken aback by the sight of Vanessa lounging against the doorframe with a sultry smile on her pink glossy lips.

She wore the same deep purple lingerie she’d sent him a photo of that night, silky, delicate, and just daring enough to grab his attention. The soft lamp on the nightstand cast a warm golden glow over her, highlighting every curve, the lace snug against her waist, and straps slipping teasingly off her smooth shoulders. Her hair spilled around her like a curtain of copper, loose curls framing her breasts and collarbones in a way that practically screamed temptation.

Vanessa Hedge was undeniably gorgeous, stunning, really. The kind of girl every guy dreams about. Well, every guy except Adrien, apparently...because as he stared, a strange emptiness settled in.

There was still nothing stirring inside him. No spark, no magnetic pull or even a shred of arousal even as he was locked in an empty room with the real thing. Just a hollow confusion twisting in his gut.

His voice came out low, cautious. "Vanessa... what the fuck this about?"

She pouted dramatically, pushing off the door with a lazy strut that made her hips sway playfully. Her perfume, a sweet, expensive scent hit him before she was even halfway across the room.

"What?" she said, feigning innocence. "I missed you."

She stopped right in front of him, smirk reappearing as her fingers traced along his forearm before settling in his hand. Her nails, painted the same purple as her lingerie, were sharp and glossy.

"When I texted you that night," she continued in a husky whisper, "you didn’t respond. Not even an emoji or whatever, so I thought you must be busy." She tugged his hand toward her waist. "But I didn’t want you to miss out. So..." She looked up at him through her lashes. "I brought the fun to you."

Adrien didn’t budge. No closer, no movement, not even lifting his other hand from where it dangled at his side.
