“I’m unsure if that’s an accurate way to put it.” He was somewhat unconvinced.
“It is the truth, the divine beasts care about themselves more than anything. It’s understandable due to the pride, having such innate gifts and blessings, the strongest and the most ancient race when not counting the primordials.” Li Qiye said.
“Yes.” He admitted.
“Pride turns into arrogance and entitlement, that you all deserve the best.” Li Qiye said: “You view others as insects. The so-called noble dragon servants are mere slaves. No, everything in Divine Firmament is a slave.”
“Young Noble, this happens in every world with immortals.” He said.
“Then should I do the same to your race? Breaking your spine and forcing you to kneel for eternity? When I am unhappy, I will roast and eat you. Becoming my slaves is an honor, no? If you think all immortals do this, then it makes sense for me to do the same.” Li Qiye sneered.
His expression soured since that would be utterly humiliating.
