Double Dagger Delinquent

Chapter 106 New Day

Chapter 106 New Day

“Hush now... little child... let shadows fade...

The night will pass... don’t be afraid...

The sun will rise... it breaks the gloom...

A new day waits... beyond this room...

A tired face hovered above her in the haze of half-sleep—golden hair draped over long elven ears.

“Sleep well, my little Agnes…”

“Wah…” Agnes’s eyes snapped open, tears clinging to her lashes. Her mother’s face was gone. Instead, a man’s face loomed above her, his slow breath tickling her skin.

“…Everything will be okay… sleep well, Agnes…” Iryoku mumbled in his sleep.

He was slumped against the cave wall, holding her in his arms, her naked body wrapped in the green cloak she had discarded the night before.

Agnes turned her gaze toward the cave’s mouth. Beyond it, blinding morning light spilled in, and faint voices of girls carried from outside.

Her hand rose to her mouth—her teeth were whole again. She faintly remembered Aqua’s healing, mending them both.

With a weary sigh, she let her head rest against Iryoku’s chest and closed her eyes again.

“I still hate you…” she muttered.

“Don’t care…” a low voice answered.

Agnes gasped, jerking her head up too quickly—smacking his chin with a hard thud.

“Ouch,” both groaned at once.

“Unhand me already!” she roared.

But Iryoku only smirked. “Don’t want to.” He leaned down and kissed her.

“Wait—” she protested, her words muffled against his mouth, but he didn’t let her slip away. His lips pressed soft, steady, almost gentle. Chu, chu.

Agnes’s eyes went hazy. What’s this… this… Her thoughts tangled, her body unresponsive, until he finally pulled back. Her half-lidded gaze lingered on him, realization striking her. That was… the first time he’s kissed me.

Her face hardened. “Let me go already! Don’t think I’ll just keep doing whatever you want—after all you’ve done to me!”

“Okay, then what do you want to do?” Iryoku asked.

“Just… let me go. I need the ladies’ room,” Agnes sighed, exasperated.

Iryoku smirked. “To the restroom? I’ll take you there, dear Agnes.” He stood, lifting her easily in his arms. His naked body pressed against hers, his arousal brushing against her side.

Agnes flinched. “I don’t need your help for that! Let me go already!” she snapped, struggling weakly.

“Good to know you’ve got some energy back,” he teased, carrying her deeper into the cave, past the carriage and further inside.

Soon, their muffled voices echoed from the back of the cave.

“Wait! Go away—let me do my business myself!” Agnes’s furious voice rang out.

A moment later—water trickled.

Agnes jolted, her face burning. “W-wait—what are you—?! Y-you’re urinating on my leg!” she shrieked, voice cracking with outrage and embarrassment.

“Hehehehe…” Iryoku’s laugh rumbled through the stone walls.

“Aqua! Come here already!” Agnes’s voice cracked with frustration.

Not long after, both of them emerged—skin damp as if they’d bathed, still completely naked. Agnes’s face burned bright red, while Iryoku strutted beside her, swinging his half-erect cock around.

“Look—this is the helicopter!” he grinned, spinning it like a kid showing off a toy. “Oh yeah, you probably don’t even know what a helicopter is, huh?”

Agnes groaned, shaking her head. Yet despite herself, the corner of her mouth twitched into a small smile.

“I’ll tell ya, using Aqua’s power to wash everything away is damn useful. Why didn’t you say it could be used like that? I feel squeaky clean—like I’ve got my own walking bathroom,” Iryoku boasted.

“Don’t talk about my spirit like that,” Agnes snapped, flustered.

They walked side by side. Slowly, his hand slid into hers. She tried to pull away, but he didn’t let go. Without another word, they reached the cave’s entrance. Two neat piles of folded clothes waited. They dressed quickly, then stepped out into the red morning light.

“Ike!, ike!”

“Once more—go!”

“Ah!”

“Ahya!”

The shouts rang out as their eyes adjusted to the glare.

Three figures stood outside. Alessandra stood fully armored, arms crossed like a drill sergeant, her gaze sharp as steel. In front of her, Yumi and Reika jumped in place, fully clad in their battle gear, their movements sharp and precise. Each leap carried them nearly two meters into the air. Their bodies jolted with the bursts—breasts and hips bouncing with the strain—as they pushed upward. Yumi managed to spring slightly higher than Reika, but both landed cleanly, knees bending to absorb the shock before snapping back into formation for the next jump.

Their girlish grunts and labored breaths filled the morning air.

“Come on! Ninety! Ninety-one! Keep going—full motion!” Alessandra barked. “Reika, don’t slack! Ninety-two, ninety-three, ninety-four… Yumi, push harder! And—one hundred!”

Both girls staggered, about to collapse, but Alessandra’s voice cracked like a whip.

“Don’t stop—one more!”

Exhausted and dripping with sweat, Reika and Yumi forced out another jump—barely a meter and a half this time—before crashing down, thighs and butts burning.

“One more! Show me your guts!” Alessandra roared.

The two stumbled back up, pushed off the ground, and jumped again.

Finally, they crumpled to the dirt, gasping, flushed faces streaked with sweat as they struggled to breathe.

“Do it! One more… wrap your ovaries and keep going, ladies!” Alessandra snarled. They managed one last twitch of a jump before sprawling flat, too weak to move.

Iryoku smirked and glanced at Agnes. “Care to give them a refresh, honey?”

Agnes flinched at the sudden sweetness in his tone, but obeyed. She called Aqua forward, and the spirit released a cool mist that swept over the girls—washing away the sweat, soothing their muscles, and steadying their breath. "Ahhhh".

Alessandra gave a sharp nod of approval.

“Wow, you girls are training hard,” Iryoku said, his eyes shamelessly roaming over their bodies. His voice carried a hungry edge. “With that pump in your thighs and butts… I didn’t think you could be any more irresistible. But you look incredible.” He licked his lips.

Before anyone could respond, a voice called out from afar, making them all turn:

“Sisters—and little brother—the food is ready! Come eat!”

Iryoku turned and saw Maggie by a small bonfire. As he approached, he noticed Mark lying on the ground, his head slightly raised.

“Brother Mark…” Iryoku said softly. “You woke up.”

Mark gave a weak smile. “Hello, little bro.” His arms and body were wrapped in bandages, almost like a mummy. “Thanks for saving us… I owe you.” His face was pale, but graceful.

“He’s better,” Maggie said. “Help me sit him up so we can feed him.”

Iryoku smiled and carefully helped her lift and settle Mark.

As the group ate, the girls’ eyes drifted toward Agnes and Iryoku—sitting side by side, unexpectedly close.

Iryoku offered her a piece of meat. Agnes hesitated, cheeks flushing pink, before finally accepting it. A faint shiver ran through her as she chewed.

Yumi was the first to break the silence, wiping her hands clean.

“So… are you two on good terms now?” she asked, a small pout tugging at her lips.

Reika frowned softly. “I guess all the worry we carried all this time was for nothing.” She glanced at Iryoku with a faintly suggestive glint in her eyes.

Alessandra crossed her arms, her tone sharp. “Seriously, you two need some decency. You were butt naked at the cave entrance… in the cold air. What if an enemy had come close?” Updates are released by N()velFire.net

Iryoku smirked. “Don’t worry. Even in my sleep, I can sense threats. I even noticed when you girls woke up and walked past us.” He waved his hand casually.

Agnes flushed bright red and lowered her gaze. “I-I…”

Iryoku laughed lightly, but his expression soon hardened as he addressed the group. “The truth is, I did some bad things to Agnes… but I realized my mistake.” He turned to her, voice heavy. “I’m sorry. I… I vented my hate for a certain woman onto you.”

For the briefest instant, Alessandra’s face tightened. Her hand pressed lightly against her chest—then, in the next breath, she straightened and masked it before anyone could notice.

Agnes’s brow furrowed, anger flashing. “That was truly unjust… And why me?”

Iryoku’s eyes dropped to the ground. “Because… you share a lot of similarities with her.”

Yumi leaned forward, her voice quiet but insistent. “What did this woman do to you?”

The four girls watched him intently.

Iryoku exhaled, shoulders sagging. “It was my fault too… for being a stupid, naive boy. I was a pussy back then—a goody two-shoes who trusted people too easily.” His jaw tightened. “And I got taken advantage of. My heart broken, humiliated, beaten down. They even tried to pin a pregnancy on me.” He gave a bitter laugh. “Good thing I never slept with her. Honestly… back then, I didn’t even have the guts anyway.”

The girls exchanged uneasy glances, their faces touched with worry. Alessandra showed a fleeting glimpse of relief, yet her eyes still lingered on him, shadowed with hidden concern.

Iryoku lifted his head, looking directly at Agnes. “But now… I’ve decided to find common ground with you. No—I’ll never vent my anger on you again. I’m sorry. And if you want to hit me again, you’re more than welcome.”

“Let’s stop with the violence for once,” Reika interjected firmly.

Still insisting, Iryoku stood before Agnes with his legs slightly apart. “Here—if you really want to hurt me, you can hit me in the balls… okay… but only once.” He closed his eyes, trembling.

Agnes glanced at his lower body, then turned her head to the side. “Stop that already.”

She let out a long sigh and closed her eyes. “It’s my fault as well.” Turning to Alessandra, Reika, and Yumi, she whispered, “I’m sorry. The truth is… I’m not pregnant. It was just late.”

The girls froze. Yumi and Reika exchanged a fleeting look of relief—only to return to surprise a moment later.

Even Maggie and Mark, quietly tending to his wounds, lifted their heads at her words. Aqua’s gentle mist still flowed, knitting Mark’s body back together.

Agnes’s voice cracked as she continued. “So… I understand his reasoning. If you want to hit me or vent your anger, don’t worry about hurting a child.” She shut her eyes, bracing herself.

Yumi spoke softly, thoughtful. “Now you’re doing the same as Iryoku… I’ll be honest—for a while, I did hate you, after the incident at the castle. But it was unfounded. You’re just a girl thrown into harsh circumstances.” She added in a low whisper, “And please… don’t hit him in the balls.”

Reika added gently, “Like I told you before—children shouldn’t pay for the sins of their parents. And we know you’re a good person.” Then she whispered, almost conspiratorial, “I will allow you to hit his face, though… just not down there.”

Alessandra gave a soft smile, tucking a strand of hair behind her ear. “And you did come to save us at the very end—when we were about to lose everything. So let’s put this behind us. Let’s keep being friends… no, sisters.” She muttered under her breath, cracking her knuckles as her gaze flicked to Iryoku. “If you want, I can teach him a lesson.”

Agnes trembled, tears slipping from her eyes. “Still… I did bring you here. I snatched you from your home. And—” she glanced at Iryoku, then back at the girls, “—that day I summoned you, it wasn’t because I was in danger. It was selfish. It was premeditated… I wanted… someone… to fulfill my wishes.”

The group stayed quiet. No anger, no reproach. Only waiting.

Agnes drew a deep breath, then exhaled. “Please… will you hear my story?”

“Forty-two years ago… Since I can remember, I’ve always been in this dark room…”
