Chapter 397: Cultivators Coming Back
Lin Xuan Qi was pleased to see the summary when he saw how Lu Ting, the retail shopkeeper, had full loyalty for him.
He went on to the summary for the next person, and they were all the same, having full loyalty for him like Lu Ting did.
When he arrived at the retail shop, Lu Ting was surprised to see him and she quickly greeted him with the other shop assistants.
"Master Lin, pleased to see you again." She said and bowed at him.
"Come with me to the back of the retail store." Lin Xuan Qi said and glanced at the other shop assistants, "And you too, Xin, Lu, Mi and Le."
"Us?" The shop assistants who were named pointed at their noses and asked.
"Yes, all of you, come with me." Lin Xuan Qi said and they followed closely behind him.
When he got to the storage area at the back of the retail shop, he unlocked it and entered the storage area.
Inside it were the intermediary produce of the soap that was waiting to be mixed.
"Master Lin, you want us to learn about making the soap?" Lu Ting asked while they were led into the storage area.
Lin Xuan Qi nodded his head and said, "Yes, you are right. Make sure that you keep it a secret or else..."
Lu Ting and the other shop assistants nodded their heads vigorously.
They were anxious and glad at the same time.
It meant that Lin Xuan Qi trusted them with the most important and crucial part of the business.
And they would cause a huge failure for Lin Xuan Qi if they messed it up.
Lin Xuan Qi began to take out a mold of the soap and started to brief them on what to do.
"First you pour in the solution from this, add in the flowers and mix it with this..." He showed them step by step what to do.
After which, he let them work with some of it.
They got the hang of it quickly and soon, they were done with all the molds for a batch of soap that would be delivered to the Capital City, Bian Jing.
With teaching them the last step on creating the soap accomplished, Lin Xuan Qi headed for the Sima Family mansion to send Sima Ye a message.
He could see that the Sima Family mansion was busy with activity when he arrived.
There were unfamiliar faces that he had never seen before in it.
Most of them looked like they were cultivators who had traveled to far-off places, with their clothes very much different from what he was wearing.
They even had many Artifacts that looked very different and exotic on them.

"They are back here with the earnings and whatever treasures they had gotten for the year." Sima Ye said as he gestured for Lin Xuan Qi to take a seat in the guest room.
Lin Xuan Qi figured that it might be a coincidence or that they had been recalled in preparation against the Six Pulse Sword Sect.
But either way, it showed him how much depth an old cultivation family had compared to someone like him.
Sima Ye had a sip of his tea and asked, "What brings you here? You should be busy with your factory."
Lin Xuan Qi cupped his hands at Sima Ye and said, "Thanks for the help with the factory.
"And that’s why I’m here today."
"Oh?" Sima Ye put down his teacup and waited for Lin Xuan Qi.
"I’ve talked to the Governor about what had happened to Master Huo Fei Li, and he took it upon himself to ask Ruo Zhi to go to the mountains and investigate." Lin Xuan Qi said and Sima Ye was pleasantly surprised by the good news.
"I’m sure that Ruo Zhi would try her best." Sima Ye said and he picked up his teacup to propose a toast to Lin Xuan Qi.
He appreciated what Lin Xuan Qi had done for him.
It was a great opportunity to mess with Ruo Zhi in the mountains, out of sight from everyone else.
They had started it and the Sima Family weren’t going to let Ruo Zhi off easily.

Sima Ye glanced at him with a look of concern next and said, "However, you should be on full alert for the time being.

Lin Xuan Qi nodded his head at Sima Ye’s assurance.

Sima Long sat down beside him and said, "I am so bored out of my mind staying in here and taking care of my wife."
"How is Zhang Jie?" Lin Xuan Qi asked and Sima Long beamed with a huge smile.
"She is doing fine." Sima Long replied, rubbed his round belly and said, "If everything goes well, she would be giving birth by spring of next year."
Lin Xuan Qi smiled at the good news and said, "Great, there’s enough time for me to get your child a big gift."
Sima Long patted his shoulder and said, "The greatest gift you can give is to teach my child to be as capable as you are."
