Soon, Dawn's Light stood up on the distant beach, waved at the people on top of the cliff to indicate he was fine. After throwing him off, the Darkwing Demon Bat made a turn in the air and returned to the cliff above.
The next two to go down were Yuewu and Little Persimmon Puppy. Having witnessed what happened to Dawn's Light before, both of them adopted an extremely serious and solemn attitude toward this flight, as if they were about to march to their execution in the next second.
Once the Darkwing Demon Bat took a ready-to-take-off stance, Yuewu mustered her courage and stepped forward first, hugging one of the bat's fierce, muscular talons. Seeing this, little Persimmon Puppy was unwilling to fall behind, swallowed hard, and resolutely clung to the bat's other rear talon as if she were going to meet her doom.
"Little profiteer, you better hold on tight. If you fall off, you'll be out of this BOSS fight entirely."

"If you have the energy to talk about me, can you control your legs first? Punk girl."

Being seen through, Yuewu snorted coldly and finally fell silent.
She usually keeps up with fitness as well as games, which helps her maintain her shapely figure, and she'd even tried paragliding a few times before. She was naturally experienced with these types of activities.
As for Little Persimmon Puppy, her chubby body betrayed a lifestyle of soda and fried chicken and little exercise. That's precisely why, when picking a class, she had chosen priest, arguably the one requiring the least operating skill. In terms of athleticism, Yuewu was fully confident that her landing would definitely look better than Little Persimmon Puppy's.
"Are you both ready? We're leaving,"

Yuewu and Little Persimmon Puppy exchanged glances, their eyes brimming with determination, and answered in unison.
Seeing both girls were ready, Cecilia didn't waste any more time and issued the order.
Receiving Cecilia's command, the Darkwing Demon Bat let out another low roar, slowly flapped its wings and unleashed a strong wind, lifting the two girls off the ground bit by bit.
At first, Yuewu was still in the mood to glance around curiously since riding on a giant monster wasn't something she could experience every day. But as soon as the bat started its dive, fierce sea winds swept up straight at her, blinding her and making her feel as if she would fall off at any moment.
As for Little Persimmon Puppy, she closed her eyes tightly from the very beginning and clamped the bat's talon between her arms and legs, refusing to let go.
Because the two girls weighed little, even taken together they were lighter than Dawn's Light alone. Thus, the Darkwing Demon Bat didn't act up this time, and the flight was quite smooth. Within seconds, the giant shadow was above the beach.
When they were about two or three meters from the ground, Yuewu seized the moment to let go, intending to leap down elegantly like Cecilia had done before. Unexpectedly, as soon as she landed, a powerful force sent her tumbling forward. Like Dawn's Light before her, she ended up with a mouthful of sand and even braked with both her face and chest, sliding several meters before she finally stopped.
Little Persimmon Puppy's landing was no more graceful. Having heard Cecilia's words, gu Yanxi's face regained some color and she nodded obediently.
After spending so much time together, she knew well that whether it was Chen Zixuan in the past or Cecilia now, neither would ever make such a promise unless completely confident.
A few seconds later, the Darkwing Demon Bat returned and retracted its demonic black wings as it landed obediently next to Cecilia. Its huge crimson eyes were wide open, and though its face was terrifying, it managed to display a trace of human-like flattery.
Cecilia glanced at the Darkwing Demon Bat and then at Gu Yanxi. After pondering a moment, as if coming to a decision, she opened her arms to Gu Yanxi. "Come here, I'll take you down."
Gu Yanxi stood where she was, dumbfounded, her lips slightly parted. After hesitating for two seconds, she asked in confusion, "But you're so short... shouldn't I be the one holding you?"
Cecilia was stunned, as if about to say something, but then remembered who she was facing. She took a deep breath and, in the end, closed her eyes and stepped forward, slipping her hands under Gu Yanxi's armpits and lifting the girl high into the air.
"Is this enough?"
"Yes, yes, you can put me down,"
Gu Yanxi replied, smiling and patting Cecilia's shoulder in a flattering way, prompting Cecilia to slowly put her down again.
After landing, gu Yanxi stepped forward, put her arms around Cecilia's neck, and hugged her tightly. Then she lowered her head and whispered in her ear:
"I'll do whatever you say."
"Mhm."
With her face buried in Gu Yanxi's chest, it was a while before Cecilia, face flushed red, managed to utter that one sound.
Her left eye gradually turned blood-red. A few seconds later, the Darkwing Demon Bat was airborne again, circling above their heads.
As the massive shadow swept overhead once more, Cecilia suddenly raised her hand, grabbing the Darkwing Demon Bat's left talon, while her other arm circled around Gu Yanxi's slender waist. With a surge of strength, the two of them were swept into the air and hurled down toward the beach at dizzying speed!
