Dragon of Catastrophe

Chapter 586 - 217: Unsolvable Power (Part 2)

The metallic staff was drawn out by him, without a single drop of blood on it.

This made the Caster confronting Land’s pupils shrink sharply again.

He knew very well what this meant!

The weapon that could pierce through ordinary planets couldn’t even completely pierce the scale armor of this dragon before him!

Their ultimate weapon, when facing this dragon, couldn’t penetrate its defense!

"What is your scale armor made of? It’s even harder than a planet?

This defensive capability is neither magical nor scientific!" exclaimed the Rainbow Dragon in shock.

"What nonsense are you speaking?

How could an ordinary planet compare to my endlessly evolving scale armor?

Isn’t this just natural?" said Land indifferently.

He extracted all the metallic staffs one by one and threw them away.

The sight of this made people gasp in awe.

"Later, when you return with me, give me a few scales. I need to check what material they’re made of; they seem as hard as white dwarf star material..."

the Rainbow Dragon couldn’t help but say.

"As you like."

Land replied, then turned his gaze towards the Dorlan Star People in the distance:

"Come on, little bugs! Entertain me!

No matter what skills you have, use them on me!

I won’t dodge at all; this is your great chance to kill me!"

Land’s voice carried far.

The Dorlan Star People in the base below heard it all clearly.

"What an arrogant Evil Dragon!"

Commander Eric ground his teeth, his expression filled with hatred.

He glanced at the side and continued:

"Grant this dragon’s wish! Activate the pinpoint space blast immediately! Make sure it’s a killshot!"

Commander Eric ordered.

The person next to him responded promptly.

Inside the base, a massive cannon emerged, booming several times, firing rounds.

Strange spherical objects shot out, trying to surround Land, only to lose power completely before getting close and fell to the ground.

"What... what’s going on? Why did all the energy inside the space balls disappear?"

Commander Eric asked in surprise.

"This situation seems similar to when the first Space-Based Weapon fell.

It suddenly lost a lot of kinetic energy.

And these space balls lost the energy stored within them too...

This seems somewhat like..."

"A Domain?"

"Yes, exactly a Domain."

"Damn it, this dragon also has a Domain, and it seems like a powerful one that can erase energy and eliminate kinetic force.

His Domain might not be like ours, a pseudo-domain requiring a huge energy input to maintain."

"If even such energy weapons can’t be used, what can we possibly do to deal with this dragon?"

"It’s frustrating! If we had developed antimatter, we could definitely kill this dragon!"

"Antimatter is also a form of energy."

"This dragon just nullified the kinetic energy of the Space-Based Weapon, but it didn’t do so instantly; he absolutely doesn’t have that capability.

No matter what ability it is, there are limits. As long as you exceed those limits, you can break through them.

And antimatter absolutely has that capability."

Commander Eric and Captain Boke were conversing, their words full of regret.

"What? Out of powerful attacks already? If so, I’ll be truly disappointed."

The dragon in the sky arrogantly taunted.

It was alarming and infuriating, yet there was nothing that could be done.

The Dorlan Star Caster who had been standing in front of Land shouted again:

"What did you just use? Put it away!

Weren’t you going to withstand all of our attacks head-on? Why make it dysfunctional? Are you afraid of our weapons?"

"Afraid? Are you referring to those egg-like things just now?"

Land glanced disdainfully at the space balls that had just fallen, curling his lips disdainfully:

"I’m just standing here, and you can’t even manage to attack me. Your weapons are so poorly made, and you dare to boast?

Ah! Forget it. This game is over.

Now I’ll give you two choices.

Surrender to me, yield to me, and tell me all your secrets! How come beings like you, mere mortals, can advance both technology and magic so quickly.

Be forcibly tamed by me, become slaves, and then I’ll pry open your brains."

"Reason? What reason could there be? Of course, it’s because we Dorlan Star People are inherently wise! Whether magic or technology, we can

grasp the essence of it all."

The Caster responded as such.

"As expected, no crying without seeing the coffin. Well, the rest is up to you, Sindri." Land turned his head.

"Rest assured, in this aspect, I’m an expert among experts."

The Rainbow Dragon smiled slightly, flapped its Dragon Wings, and approached the Caster.

"Damn it! Is it really coming to this? Everyone! Run! Escape as many as you can!"

The Caster finally shouted.

Exploding with magic power all over, flying towards the sky.

Inside the base.

A shell suddenly launched into the sky.

It shot straight into the sky, then exploded.

A colorful cloud of fog spread out.

Then, inside the base, Casters in large groups began breaking out towards the sky.

"Do these guys think such fog can fool our eyes?"

Land sneered disdainfully.

Such fog, to be honest, couldn’t mislead even an ordinary True Dragon.

"Moreover, by doing this, aren’t you seeking death?

As long as my Mage’s Hand, oh no, it should be Dragon’s Claw, closes lightly, I could kill you all."
