"No need, no need, I can manage on my own, you go about your business!" Ling’s father nodded and bowed to Huo Junmo, then fled the president’s office.
Standing at the door, Huo Junmo said to Li Na outside, "Escort the gentleman to the elevator!"
"Certainly!" Li Na nodded and followed Ling’s father’s steps!
Huo Junmo stood at the office doorway for a moment, then turned back to the office and sat behind the desk.
Back in the office, Huo Junmo leaned against the back of the chair, his long fingers idly tapping a fountain pen on the desk surface!
After a moment of silence, he took out his phone, found Ling Yueyue’s number, and dialed!
The phone rang for a long time without being answered. After calling three times with no response, Huo Junmo didn’t call again, placed the phone on the desk, and continued handling official duties.
After leaving the Huo Tian Group, Ling’s father found someone on the road and asked about the bus route to the long-distance bus station and took the bus back to the hotel.
Unfortunately, when he returned to the hotel, he found the room door wouldn’t open.
