His raised arm froze in place.

He saw Iphilia, grinning, point a finger upward.
Instinct screamed not to look—something utterly terrifying lurked above! But reason told him it was impossible.
Nothing short of a Hell’s Seven Demon Kings or a Heaven’s Six-winged Archangel could make the Mother Goddess’s blessing tremble with such fear.
Yet, curiosity overpowered his dread. Trembling, he raised his head. His blood-red eyes widened, pupils dilating. He saw… he saw “that thing.”
It was an enormous eye, its vertical pupil like a gateway to the abyss, its darkness striking terror into all who gazed upon it.
The black-robed man could feel “that thing” staring at him.
Even fused with the colossal 【Corpse Bearer】, standing dozens of meters tall, he was as insignificant as a firefly before the moon in the presence of that horrific eye.
A rough estimate suggested the eye’s diameter… was likely larger than Wangyou City, a nationally renowned metropolis!
“What in the world… is that thing?”

No particular reason—just pure comfort!
Among Hell’s Seven Demon Kings, Big Sis Leviathan was the one most fond of appearing in her true form.
She’d sleep twenty-five hours a day if she could, making Iphilia wonder why Uncle Berial, the great demon pillar, represented the Sin of Sloth instead of Big Sis Leviathan, who lounged in Hell’s lava like it was a hot spring.
Whenever Iphilia asked her this, Big Sis Leviathan, in a half-asleep tone, told her to ask Berial, claiming she didn’t know herself…
By the way, technically, Iphilia should’ve called her Aunt Leviathan, but calling a loli her own height “aunt” felt too awkward.
So, Iphilia stuck with “Big Sis” instead…
Earlier, when Iphilia resolved to rescue Aimiya, she immediately thought of using Big Sis Leviathan’s “special” eye to locate her.
So, she used her summoning magic to conjure the giant eyeball now in the sky—the projection of the Eye of Leviathan.
Even as a mere projection, the Eye of Leviathan’s effect was nearly identical to Big Sis Leviathan looking in person.
Within its indescribably vast field of vision, all illusions were laid bare! The black-robed man’s petty barrier was nothing.

She didn’t have to worry about scaring the Night Watch or the Human Church’s priests with the spectacle.
Of course, whether anyone accidentally glimpsed something they shouldn’t have and got half-killed by the Eye’s pressure during the initial summoning wasn’t her concern.
Her current goal in revealing the Eye of Leviathan was simple: to scare the heck out of that nasty black-robed man.
