His entry point into the underground shelter is the same as the first time he entered, located at the edge of the city. As soon as he opens his eyes, he can see a streetlamp.

The bartender’s mechanical arm slammed into the bar, creating a deep dent in the all-metal counter, and the glass shattered on the spot.

The bartender’s friendly greeting was cut short when he saw Wu Chang’s face. It seemed to remind him of something, and his expression changed. He said, "Just a moment, I’ll have someone buy it for you."

He Yun, in her white coat, jogged down from the car and shifted into a walk only after entering the bar. She made her way to Wu Chang’s side, and the two regulars sitting beside Wu Chang immediately vacated their seats.

He Yun sat next to Wu Chang and asked, "Why didn’t you tell me you were coming?"

Wu Chang blinked and said, "I wanted to surprise you."

He Yun asked, "Do you want to hang out here for a bit or leave with me right away?"

Wu Chang didn’t hesitate and said, "I came for you; what do you think?"

He Yun was straightforward too and immediately took Wu Chang’s hand to lead him out.

Watching the two leave, the bar’s patrons instantly swarmed the bartender, asking, "Paul, who was that guy just now?"

Paul pursed his lips and continued wiping a glass, saying, "I don’t know. Don’t ask what you shouldn’t."

He looked at a special button under the bar. He truly didn’t know who Wu Chang was, just that He Yun told him that if an outsider came into the bar asking for milk, he should hold them there and press the button immediately.

In the air car, Wu Chang and He Yun sat in the back seat, with the artificial intelligence 88 driving.

He Yun asked, "How long are you planning to stay this time?"

Wu Chang, troubled, replied, "Two or three days, maybe. My world is also unstable over there and I can’t spare much time."
