Mole’s followers also believe that souls lost without Mole’s protection are vulnerable before Chaos. Therefore, even those undead creatures who claim to be satisfied with their situation must be properly buried. Most Mole believers think that once the Necromancer is sent to his kingdom with the proper rites, Mole might even accept and protect the soul of the Necromancer.
And the duty of Mole’s followers is to send these Necromancers into Mole’s realm!
All this makes the Watchtower Gate at Rapids Castle exceptionally significant within the Mole Church.
However, the ability of this Holy Land should be credited to Manan. The main reason these Ghost Vines can grow around the Holy Land is because of the fertile soil collected by Demster, which contains the remains of Vampire Dragons, filled with the divinity and flesh of ancient River Gods.
Their divinity is sufficient to support any plant growth, and the lake waters of Saint Leonard’s Shallow Bay possess strong purification ability against the powers of Undead and Desecration, removing the corrupting forces of Desecration in the fertile soil. This combination is what allows Ghost Vine to grow in this Holy Land’s garden.
When these Ghost Vines mature, the priests of the Holy Land will deploy Ghost Vine along the river line, creating a black wall in the Hesse Territory.
The effect of Ghost Vine is well-known and will attract Undead Creatures to launch relentless attacks against Ghost Vine.
With the effect of the Rapids Castle Watchtower Gate, along with the activation of a large number of Ghost Vines along the coast, it can almost ensure that no Undead Creatures can lurk when the fleets enter the Brionne River downstream into Hesse Territory. This will inevitably greatly reduce the defense pressure around Flash Spear City. The garrison troops no longer need to worry about undead army raids.
