He learned from the oldest Rune Blacksmiths, incorporating his father’s Warhammer fragments into a newly forged gigantic two-handed Warhammer, engraved with Dragon Slaying Runes—he named it [Gorus Slayer], both as a commemoration and an announcement."

"In subsequent years, Sogard’s hunt list was astonishingly long. It is known that at least five adult, notorious giant dragons fell under his Warhammer:

Frost Wing Vasag: A White Dragon entrenched in the Northern Ice Peak, which had frozen and destroyed several human villages. Sogard tracked it through a blizzard for three days and nights, finally breaking its spine in its nest."

Master of Poison Swamp Nix: A cunning Green Dragon entrenched in the Foul Swamp, which used poison mist and traps to kill numerous adventurers. Sogard used a special Antitoxic Potion and Rune Armor to withstand the poison mist, trading injury for life, and smashed its skull with his Warhammer."

Shadow Raider Selas: A Shadow Dragon skilled in nocturnal raids on caravans. Sogard set a trap, using glowing runes as bait, and delivered a fatal blow during its dive. This was the closest dragon to his revenge target, reportedly having scales similar in color to ’Rock Burner’, but confirmed not to be Gorus."

There were also two giant dragons not recorded in detail by name, possibly a Blue Dragon and a Black Dragon, whose heads Sogard brought back to the Karachik Fortress, hanging them above the entrance as a clan’s pride and a warning to other giant dragons."

Good heavens, Su Li knew the Dwarf Giant Dragon Butcher was brave, but isn’t this a bit too valorous!

It’s essential to know that being a Dragon Butcher doesn’t mean one can stably slay giant dragons, but rather they have the qualification to attempt to slay dragons.

It is said this armor itself has absorbed so much Dragon Blood that it has gained a trace of mysterious power."

"Despite his remarkable achievements, Sogard never forgot the core of his oath: to find [Rock Burner Gorus], to confirm his father’s destiny, and to complete his revenge.
