Heretic Trainer: The Gym Is My Cultivation Method

Chapter 749: The Calmest Angry Husband

A translucent panel unfolded in front of Garion’s eyes.

Golden-white words slowly formed across the surface.

---

[Mission Detected]

[Trace of another candidate has been confirmed.]

[Mission Objective: Defeat the candidate.]

[Reward: Personal World]

---

Garion stared at the final line, and for once, he did not immediately grin. "Personal World?"

Atlas floated closer, his expression also confused.

[I don’t know.]

Garion turned toward him. "You don’t know again?"

Atlas immediately pointed at him.

[I said don’t use that tone.]

Garion ignored the complaint and looked back at the mission panel. "A personal world... Is it like an inner world? A planet? A private realm? A gym expansion?"

Atlas frowned deeply.

[I cannot confirm anything yet. The higher up is not explaining it.]

Garion’s eyes narrowed, but a second later, his grin slowly returned. "Okay."

Atlas looked at him.

[Okay?]

Garion cracked his neck lightly. "We’ll find out once I finish this."

At that moment, Rachel stepped forward. "Wait."

Garion looked at her. "Hm?"

Rachel’s pink-gold eyes stayed on the Dragon Slayer outside the voidship.

Then she calmly said, "Let me handle it."

The Dragon Gods immediately looked at her.

Garion blinked. "You?"

Rachel nodded. "I also want to test my power."

Rachel continued, her voice gentle but firm. "That Dragon Slayer is only comparable to a Low-Rank God, right?"

Varkhor frowned slightly. "Against dragons, yes, he is far more dangerous. But against others, his strength should still be around that level."

Rachel’s aura slowly rose.

Soft pink-gold light wrapped around her body like warm sunlight and quiet devotion. "Then it is fine."

Garion studied her for a moment.

Rachel turned toward him and smiled faintly. "You already tested yourself against Dragon Gods several times. This time, I should also see what my new power can really do."

Garion stared at her and could only sigh for a moment before grinning. "Alright, then."

Atlas immediately turned toward him.

[You agreed faster than I expected.]

Garion shrugged. "She’s strong."

Rachel’s smile softened.

Garion looked back at the Dragon Slayer through the window. "And if that bastard is only scary to dragons..."

His purple-black-white eyes glowed faintly. "Then Rachel might be the worst matchup for him."

Outside, the Dragon Slayer slowly lifted his dragon-spine weapon.

Rachel stepped toward the exit of the voidship, pink-gold light gathering beneath her feet. "Then I’ll go first."

---

Outside the voidship, the Dragon Slayer stood among several dragon corpses and slowly looked around.

His dragon-spine weapon rested against his shoulder, dripping with dark red divine blood. "Hm?"

He glanced at the empty battlefield, then frowned slightly. "I have killed so many dragons here, so why hasn’t an Intermediate-Rank Dragon God come out yet?"

His voice carried disappointment rather than caution. To him, dragons were not even enemies, they were simply prey waiting to be hunted.

The Dragon Gods inside the voidship heard him clearly, and their expressions became even colder.

Aurelion’s golden eyes blazed with killing intent. "Bastard."

Before anyone could move, a soft pink-gold light appeared in the space.

Rachel stepped out alone. Her God Gym outerwear fluttered faintly around her body.

She wore short, athletic shoes, a fitted sports bra, and a light jacket marked with God Gym’s symbol. It was not formal armor, nor a divine robe. It looked more like training wear.

Yet on her, it carried a strange confidence.

After her ascension, her body had become better and better, refined, athletic, powerful, and elegant. Rachel did not hide it anymore either.

This was simply what she liked to wear now. Not only was it comfortable, but it also provided several buffs since it had been made by God Gym.

The Dragon Slayer paused when he saw her. Then his expression turned amused. "Who are you?"

Rachel landed softly in front of him, her pink-gold eyes calm. "I am the one who will finish you in the name of the dragons."

For a second, the Dragon Slayer simply stared at her before bursting into laughter. "Hahahaha!"

His laughter echoed through the surrounding space. "To think the dragons have already become so desperate that they would even use a honey trap to take me down."

Inside the voidship, Garion’s eyebrow twitched.

Atlas slowly looked at him.

[Are you going to explode?]

Garion smiled. "Not yet."

Outside, Rachel lowered her gaze toward her own clothes, then looked back at the Dragon Slayer. "Honey pot, huh?"

Her voice remained gentle, but the pink-gold aura around her body slowly grew brighter.

The Dragon Slayer grinned. "What else should I call you? A pretty little woman dressed like that, sent in front of me alone?"

Rachel’s smile softened.

That softness somehow made the void colder than Selkhara’s frost. "Then come."

She raised one hand, pink-gold light gathering around her fingers. "Let me show you whether I am one or not."

The Dragon Slayer’s grin widened as dragon-slaying aura erupted from his armor.

Dark red light spread from the dragon bones covering his body, turning into a pressure that made the corpses around him tremble.

Rachel stood inside it calmly. Her pink-gold aura wrapped around her body, soft but steady, refusing to bend even slightly.

The Dragon Slayer’s eyes narrowed with interest. "Interesting."

He slowly lowered his dragon-spine weapon from his shoulder. "You can withstand my pressure."

Rachel did not answer.

The Dragon Slayer’s grin became uglier. "Then after this, I will surely enjoy your body."

For the first time, Rachel’s gentle expression twitched. "Let’s see if you even have the chance."

Inside the voidship, the atmosphere suddenly changed.

The Dragon Gods all frowned at the same time as a terrifying pressure had appeared behind them.

Slowly, everyone turned their eyes toward Garion.

Garion was still standing near the window, his arms crossed and his expression calm, but the pressure radiating from him said otherwise.

Atlas floated beside him, sweating silently.

[Garion.]

Garion did not look away from the battlefield.

[Garion, are you angry?]

Garion smiled. "Of course not."

The voidship became even colder.

Rachel, outside, suddenly glanced back toward the voidship for a brief moment. "Garion?"

Garion’s smile widened by a tiny amount. "I’m just watching."

Atlas covered his face.

[That is the most terrifying thing you have said today.]

Outside, the Dragon Slayer laughed, completely unaware that he had just awakened a sleeping monster.
