Heretic Trainer: The Gym Is My Cultivation Method

Chapter 515: Stronger After Having A Baby

Unknown to others, Rachel’s strength came from her unique physique, Radiant Love.

The more she loved and was loved in return, the stronger she became.

And right now, her husband, Garion, was deep in the ocean, pushing himself to break into a higher realm.

That growth fed back into Rachel, strengthening her as well.

But Rachel herself didn’t know any of this.

Rachel soon finished her set and stood up smoothly.

She rolled her shoulders once, letting out a steady breath, then turned her gaze to Clara.

"I just gave birth to Giselle," she said calmly, wiping a bit of sweat from her forehead. "And I can easily lift five tons. So why can’t you?"

Clara froze, her hands still on the bar. "B-but..."

Rachel didn’t wait for an answer. She pointed sharply at the weights. "Enough talking. Go back and lift."

Clara groaned under her breath but nodded. She adjusted her stance, inhaled deeply, and prepared herself before trying again.

Rachel then turned her head toward Dahlia.

Dahlia met her gaze immediately, frowning. "What?"

Rachel gave a faint smirk. "Do better. I can lift five tons easily, and you’re stuck at the same level."

She tilted her head slightly. "You don’t want to keep losing to me, right?"

Dahlia’s eyes narrowed. She let out a short scoff. "Who said I’m losing? I’m the senior sister of all the disciples here."

She stepped forward and added more weight to the bar. The metal plates clanked as they settled into place.

"Five and a half tons," she muttered.

Without hesitation, she moved to the bench and lay down, gripping the bar tightly. Her fingers adjusted once, then locked in place.

Rachel stepped behind her and nodded. "Good."

She positioned her hands just under the bar, ready but not touching. "I’ll spot you."

Dahlia glanced up at her, a hint of defiance in her eyes. "...I don’t need help."

Rachel raised an eyebrow, unfazed. "...Then don’t fail."

A small smirk tugged at Dahlia’s lips. "...Watch me."

She took a breath, tightened her grip, and pushed.

In the grand hall of the Solmira Clan, Sianor stood at the center, his gaze fixed on Sorien.

"Sorien, have you found anything useful about the Black Chimera?"

Sorien stepped forward and lowered his head slightly in respect.

"Yes, Solar Sovereign Sianor. We’ve confirmed something important."

Sianor raised an eyebrow, his expression sharpening. "What have you found?"

Sorien took a steady breath before continuing.

"We’ve detected a dense concentration of demonic energy in a specific location."

Sianor’s eyes narrowed. "A dense demonic energy... Could this be the work of those cursed Chimeras?"

Sorien nodded once. "Most likely. Now that their power has been revealed to us, I believe they no longer feel the need to hide."

He lifted his hand and made a small, controlled gesture, as if outlining the shape of the threat.

"The energy density is abnormal. It’s far beyond anything typical. The Black Chimera is the most probable source."

Sianor’s expression tightened, his jaw setting as he absorbed the report. "I see... Then this means the war is close."

Sorien met his gaze and nodded again. "Yes. From what we’ve observed, this isn’t a minor movement or a simple plan."

He narrowed his eyes. "Whatever they are preparing, it’s large. We may have no choice but to go to war to stop it."

A brief silence followed. Sianor straightened his posture, his presence growing firm and decisive.

"Send this information to the leaders of the other Grand Factions," he ordered. "It’s time to move."

Sorien bowed his head sharply. "Yes, sir. We won’t allow them to finish what they’re planning."

Sianor gave a small, approving nod, then added, "Tell them to gather in two days. We will not wait any longer."

---

Sorien stepped into another room and gave a few quick orders to the stewards.

"Call the other Grand Faction leaders. Tell them it’s urgent."

The stewards nodded and moved at once.

Sorien then took out his grand phone and made a call. He waited for a moment.

When the line connected, the voice that came through was not Garion’s.

Even so, Sorien immediately recognized it.

Rachel sat in her room, holding the grand phone close to her ear. "Hello? Who is this?"

Sorien straightened slightly. "Oh, Rachel. It’s me, Sorien."

Rachel paused for a moment, then her expression softened. "Ah... Sorien. What are you doing calling me now?"

She adjusted her grip on the phone and leaned back in her chair.

"I’m looking for Garion," Sorien said calmly. "I have something important to tell him. Is he there?"

Rachel shook her head even though he couldn’t see it. "Sorry, Sorien. He just left for training."

Sorien frowned. "Left for training? When will he be back?"

Rachel let out a small breath and shrugged.

"I don’t know. He didn’t say. He just left after figuring something out about the Fourth Realm cultivation path."

Sorien’s eyes widened slightly. "What? You mean he already got it? Is he about to reach the Fourth Realm?"

Rachel quickly waved her hand, her tone turning lighter.

"No, no. Not like that. It’s just a guess. He said he wanted to test something first."

Sorien went quiet for a moment, then let out a slow breath. "I see..."

He lowered his gaze, thinking. So he hasn’t stepped into the Fourth Realm yet.

Rachel tilted her head, her voice steady. "Not yet. So what’s going on? You can tell me. I’m basically his replacement right now."

Sorien hesitated for a second, then nodded to himself. "Alright. If it’s you, it should be fine."

Rachel didn’t interrupt. She simply waited, her fingers tapping lightly against the side of the phone.

"In two days," Sorien continued, "the Grand Factions are going to gather for a meeting."

Rachel’s brows lifted. "What kind of meeting?"

Sorien’s tone turned more serious. "A meeting about the war with the Black Chimera."

Rachel froze for a moment. The silence on her end was loud enough for Sorien to notice.

"...War?" she finally said, her grip tightening slightly on the phone.

Sorien nodded even though she couldn’t see him. "Yes. This meeting is to decide how we’re going to move against the Black Chimera."
