Chapter 793: Temple Fair
The third day of the sixth month.
Zhengyang. There was a Temple Fair that night.
In just a few short days, the Local Government had finished all preparations for the Temple Fair.
They invited a Priest from Qingxian Temple to perform rituals and offered plenty of incense to the Dragon King Temple.
The weather was perfect today.
As night approached, the sun and the moon could be seen in the sky together, though the moon was not yet quite bright enough.
A moment later, the moonlight turned bright and clear, and a sky full of stars revealed itself.
"Mister?"
A woman stood at the courtyard gate. Wrinkles lined her face, and strands of white mingled in her hair. She usually dressed simply, but today she had changed into a red dress.
