An Mo snickered again, not scared at all.

"What are you glaring at? Did I steal your food?"

"If you don’t want to eat, just give your bowl to me!" He reached out boldly, trying to snatch Xuan Long’s bowl.

In a flash, Xuan Long snapped his chopsticks right in front of An Mo’s hand with a loud crack.

His voice was cold and deadly. "Touch it and you will die here."

An Mo froze for half a second, then muttered curses under his breath. "Stingy snake..." He quickly went back to stuffing his own food, pretending nothing had happened.

Su Qinglan noticed the whole thing. She smiled softly and gently pushed the big main bowl of meat that was placed in the center toward An Mo. "An Mo, eat more if you like it so much."

The entire group froze.

All the men... Hu Yan, Rong Ye, Xuan Long, Shi Feng, and even Han Jue suddenly turned their heads and glared at An Mo with the same jealous eyes.

An Mo blinked, rice still hanging from the corner of his mouth. "What now? What did I do?"

He was genuinely confused. He hadn’t done anything wrong. He was just eating. Why were all these men glaring at him like he had stolen their treasure? He was simply existing!

But thankfully none of the men did anything and only glared at him. An Mo didn’t want to waste time with men who were always fried in jealousy. He wouldn’t stoop to their level.

He just looked at the food and calculated what to eat first. After all, he had to eat fast or, with so many big men here, soon it would be devoured.

"Lan Lan, thank you for the food," An Mo said with a happy smile, taking the big stone basin of meat and directly pouring half of it into his own bowl, making Rong Ye’s eyebrows twitch. He still had not eaten, for God’s sake. Where had this glutton come from?

Now this man was his rival not only in love but also in food. He didn’t wait. Before the leftover food was also devoured, he started eating with gusto too.

Su Qinglan smiled happily as An Mo didn’t reject her goodwill, completely unaware that because of her simple, generous act, An Mo had gotten on the wanted list of her beast husbands.

She had never received two missions together before.

The main mission about saving the population by helping with more cubs, and the side mission about improving the living conditions both felt important for this primitive world.

Her heart beat a little faster as she read everything again carefully.
