"Holy Spring Scripture," as the most important historical document of the Holy See, has undergone countless revisions over more than six thousand years, and today’s version is vastly different from the original edition.

Due to failing mutual cooperation, it remains divided, unable to consolidate into a formidable force despite having three late Tier Three Celestial Kings stationed within, incapable of taking that crucial step to truly stand a chance against top large factions.
