Chapter 1503: Gray Quartz
On any battlefield, charging recklessly just to show off personal valor rarely made a difference in the grand scheme of things.
Even the Magus World knights knew it was wiser to stay behind the massive legions of enslaved creatures on the battlefield...
Of course, one major weakness of the Klytherans was their lack of such enslaved legions.
As a result, they had no choice but to rely on their own bodies and risk their lives to withstand the enemy’s assault.
“Let me give you a hand,” Sein called out, swiftly flying to the side of the demigod-level Klytheran fighter.
With quick, practiced movements, he secured the fighter onto a makeshift experimental stretcher, handling him almost as if he were a specimen.
Sein pulled out various experimental tools, including scalpels of different sizes.
The demigod-level Klytheran, still dazed by Sein’s sudden appearance, stared at him in confusion.
Even so, he sensed no real hostility in Sein’s aura.
“I’ll treat your wounds first, then I’ll take care of those who hurt you.” Sein gave him a rather... friendly smile before beginning the procedure.
The Klytherite embedded in the warrior’s chest caught Sein completely off guard. The discovery filled him with excitement and a powerful urge to examine it more closely.
Throughout the treatment that followed, Sein’s attention remained fixed on the Klytherite lodged in the fighter’s chest.
