Chapter 1475: Rest and Recuperation
Not long after Sein returned to Radbow World, new instructions arrived from the Magus Civilization.
He was given two choices: return to Magus World for rest and recuperation, or prepare to join the upcoming campaign against the Sapphire Scorpionfly Plane.
After a moment of thought, Sein chose the former.
He had always been more of a pacifist, and most mages in Magus World shared that same aversion to battle.
His decision to join the Grand Eye Demon World’s border conflict had been driven purely by his intention to avenge his wife, Natalya.
Nearly thirty years of conquests in that star domain had been enough to bring peace to her. It was time for him to return and continue his research.
He could feel himself approaching a bottleneck. Perhaps it was time for him to work toward the peak of Rank Four and prepare for his advancement to Rank Five.
Many of his top-tier potions and equipment had been damaged or worn out over the years.
While he could craft and repair his equipment and magic robe, potions were another matter. He wondered if Master Lorianne had brewed anything new lately.
Since the Radbow World crisis ended, he had not yet reached out to her.
Once Sein confirmed his plan to return to Magus World, he instructed Marie to begin preparations early.
The difference in treatment between the Magus Alliance’s members and Magus World’s native powerhouses was obvious.
