Chapter 1003: God-Slaying Plan
“There’s no doubt that these native deities have already mastered the basic use of divine power and laws. It seems they even possess their own divine abilities and could technically be considered Rank Four creatures.
“But why is their power and aura so underwhelming? ...I suppose it might be related to their small number of believers, or perhaps something is fundamentally flawed in their evolution,” the Spider Queen mused.
Even she could not quite discern what these entities truly were.
Faeloria was just too peculiar, and if the plane’s unique laws had given birth to weakened Rank Four gods, it would not be entirely unreasonable.
After all, in Astral Realm, the birth of a Rank Four deity was a once-in-a-million occurrence. The entire resources of a plane could create only one or two such beings.
Many low-level planes had only one Rank Four entity, and even then, it was only possible because every believer across the plane contributed their power of faith to sustain that single deity.
Faeloria was undoubtedly vast, larger than any world Sein had ever visited. Its territory was estimated to be only slightly smaller than the Magus World itself.
The variety and sheer number of creatures born within it far surpassed that of ordinary low-level and medium-sized planes.
Even so, it had its limits.
Without enough vassal and enslaved planes, could a single plane truly sustain hundreds—perhaps nearly a thousand—deities?
That seemed highly impossible.
