Ikem meanwhile sat in silence as he watched Osita work, he truly didn’t expect things to work out the way it did but he most certainly is happy that it went this way.
The information he just gained from Osita can help get him better prepared for what’s coming in the near future and he most certainly can now stand proudly in front of his cousins the other demigod when he shares the news with them.
Ikem now knows one thing, the enemy is weakened and will be trying their best to get back to their full strength before taking action, and from Osita’s case they can still be prevented from doing that if found out early.
The only issue now being that the enemy can’t be killed or taken care of, so we have to tread carefully on how we approach and apprehend them. Ikem has to make sure that the other demigod understood that unless all he did today was for nothing.
Ikem sat in the basement with Osita until the sun was about to rise when Osita finally was done, handing the book with the runic knowledge. Osita said "This is what you requested for your highness"
Ikem said nothing as he took the book before standing up and said "My eyes are always on you Osita" With that Ikem walked back up the stairs he came from but as he was about to leave from the door to the basement, he saw Osita hand bloom in flames to destroy his seat.
"I will take it as a disrespect when next time I come here and don’t see my precious seat and throne. Be mindful of the Osita" Ikem calmly said as he phased through the wooden door leaving Osita who stood there in silence with a fireball in his hands.
A smile came upon Ikem’s face as he heard the suppressed angry roar coming from the basement. He found out something after communicating with Osita.
Under the facade of a knowledgeable demon lies a new consciousness which is Osita, he might have had knowledge from a long life time but from Osita word this is the first time for him as a whole being of his own.
