Chapter 94
The fight between both blood led to lots of inheritance to be abandoned but some memories were still there which Erik took advantage of, now his people are equipped with better clothes and can protect themselves from any possible dangers.
Erik occasional dream led him to start an army as sometimes when he wakes up, he feels like the demon is close and he has to be ready to fight them when needed, but after he gets himself together he looks up to see there was never any demon only humans, through this state of sleepwalking Erik has managed to take over a lot of tribe and act as the new leader.
Thankfully he always snaps out of the state when it’s needed, which is the kind and worthy leader his people see but things changed when Erik first encountered Silas, something about Silas seemed similar to him in a way he did not like.
Erik really wants to believe it was the demon but Silas bore no similarity to the creature, but Erik still can’t stand the sight of Silas, which led to them fighting for the first time but to Erik’s surprise they were equal in strength.
"Take care young elf, we both are in unfamiliar territory. Our battle will continue once we both have aligned ourselves, make sure to get stronger by then as i will make sure to finish you this time" Erik remembered silas saying that before walking away.
Erik remembered standing there confused, holding tightly unto his spear but ultimately deciding to go back to his settlement and handle the problem caused by his sleep walking. That was how Erik began his change on his settlement.
Erik knew he alone was not going to be a match for the demon so he began forming his own army, once he gathered a group of capable men, Erik was then troubled on how to get the humans to become stronger. He could have thought then the way the elf uses magic but a secret of Erik holds him back from doing that.
Erik after his overall transformation was a kind and loving leader but Erik himself knows his heart well, he looks down on each and every human in his settlement whether men or women as none of them even comes close to his perfectness, his perfect skin, astonishing look and beautiful flowing hair, none of the humans had that and this is something Erik finds disgusting so deep down he thinks it’s insulting to teach the humans something that belongs to a race as perfect as him.
Looking at the weapons on the hands of the humans Erik immediately recognized some of them as they were from his world, that was when it occurred to him maybe the weapons can be a way to strengthen the humans.
