Chapter 1337: Easy As Turning My Palm
Ye Qing and Papersmith continued forward as if they couldn’t feel the pressure though. Every time Ye Qing took a step, the roaring white tiger in the sky would back a step, and the powerful wind that swept heaven and earth would fall back a tad.
By the time Ye Qing reached the entrance of White Tiger Monastery, he white tiger had been forced all the way back into the dark clouds, afraid to show its face. As for the powerful wind, it had been pushed back into the monastery itself and toppled over walls.
It was at this moment a man wearing a Taoist robe stepped out from inside the monastery. He had a human body but a tiger’s head.
The wind that was pushed back abruptly grew stronger in power and shot high into the sky. Then, it did a loop and fell straight toward Ye Qing and Papersmith.
As the wind descended, it changed from colorless to pale white; intangible to tangible. Everything it touched turned pale white in color.

Everyone on the street turned as pale as a sheet and panicked when they recognized the wind.
The Bone Cutting Wind stripped one of their flesh and turned them into skeletons instantly. Hence the name. It was also how White Tiger Temple collected enough skeletons to make a whole monastery out of it.
Several years ago, White Tiger Monastery was just a small monastery. It wasn’t built from bones either. But after Taoist Tiger arrived, anyone who tried to invade the monastery by force would be stripped into bones by the Bone Cutting Wind. Taoist Tiger would then mix their bones into the monastery’s walls.
Over time, White Tiger Monastery kept becoming bigger, and Taoist Tiger became more and more famous as well. Eventually, it became a forbidden zone like the city entrance of the Void Stomach City.
Everyone in Void Stomach City feared White Bone Monastery and Taoist Tiger as much as they feared the Rain of Aging, Bloody Wind, the yin fire of the city entrance and all other disasters and Anomalies.
