Tribulation of Myriad Races

The eyes of the various mayors flickered as numerous thoughts crossed their minds.

A female mayor said, "Mayor Su, you can't joke about something like this. If you can really reduce our burden by thirty percent, I will be your strongest supporter. If anyone objects, they better be able to do the same to gain my support."
