Activating effects by copying Spell Cards in the graveyard outside of your turn, returning to the deck through [Star Magic Array], then retrieving it at the start of your turn to continue setting it, is basically an infinite loop.

As long as [Star Magic Array] isn't destroyed, this once-per-duel restriction is essentially meaningless.

Of course, [In the Name of God] still requires excluding a 15-star Life Card from the deck to activate, and one likely doesn't have many 15-star Life Cards.
