Selene looked at the image in the water mirror and said, "Seven versus seven, is it? That’s much fairer."
Drake’s gaze swept over the fourteen individuals appearing in the image. Indeed, all fourteen were Dragon Slayers.
On the Fairy Tail side were Natsu, Gajeel, Laxus, Wendy, Sting, Rogue, and Vine—seven people, all familiar faces needing no further introduction.
On the other side, Drake had only met Sword Saint Dragon Suzaku, Blade Dragon Princess Gilias, Armor Dragon Madmole, and Skeleton Dragon Skullion.
This was from Drake’s previous visit to Guiltina. In order to research how to obtain the power of fifth-generation Dragon Slayer magic, Drake had set a trap, captured Gilias, and clashed with Suzaku and others who subsequently arrived.

Dragon’s Circle influenced many people, including the era of mage guilds, which it pioneered.
And Guiltina’s strongest mage guild, Diabolos, also emerged because of the Century Quest posted by Dragon’s Circle.
After the Dragon King Festival, to escape Acnologia’s pursuit, many dragons fled Ishgar to Guiltina.
One of these dragons attacked Dragon’s Circle, leading to a war between mages and dragons.
To counter the dragons, Elefseria recreated Dragon Slayer magic from vast amounts of data. Perhaps he stole dragon power during the war with the dragons, in any case, Elefseria learned Dragon Slayer magic, thereby changing the tide of the war.
Although the fifth-generation Dragon Slayer magic—obtaining dragon power by devouring dragon flesh and blood—sounds simple and crude, there were still many technical issues involved.

Although the five of them, the Dragon Gods, had been openly active in Guiltina while Acnologia seemed oblivious, they had even claimed to have surpassed Acnologia.
But it felt like everyone suddenly became as brave as fighter after fighter’s departure.
The five of them had not forgotten why they had come to Guiltina.

So she approached Diabolos herself. After swatting the guild master of Diabolos, the Four-Beast Dragon Georg Reis, to death with a single blow, she became the new guild master of Diabolos.
Diabolos originally had two other members. Nebaru, the Sticky Dragon, arrogantly tried to devour Selene but ended up self-destructing due to his inability to withstand the Moon Dragon’s power.
Wraith, the Spirit Dragon, also found release and ascended to heaven thanks to Selene’s power.
As a result, the remaining members were recruited by Selene to form a team to fight against Fairy Tail’s Dragon Slayers.
As for Selene’s motive, Drake believed she genuinely wanted to join forces with him. This bet, while offering Elefseria a way out, also gave Drake a sense of amusement.
