"As the cosmic sea evolves, birthing uncountable living beings, many deeds are lost to the passage of time. The words written in the Eternal Register are said to be written in the Primordium itself. Once something is recorded, it leaves an indelible mark in the Primordial Rules that no one can erase.

"Legend has it that Eternals who attain Sainthood can perceive the workings of the Primordial Rules and can thus read the contents of the Eternal Register.

"The Eternal Register is considered the publicly available intelligence archives of the endless cosmic sea, but the requirements for the inclusion of names and deeds are extremely difficult to meet," Overlord Huan Jin looked at Wu Yuan. "It is said that those whose names are recorded receive intangible benefits. I'm not clear about the specific requirements. After all, among the Overlords I know, no one has managed to have their name recorded yet."
