Chapter 1604: Important Role
It’s been five minutes.
"He’s taking longer than I thought." Princess Davina uttered, eyes darting out of the window.
Dealing with hooligans like those people should be easy, but Rex was taking longer than expected.
But then again, he was new in the area.
And perhaps that’s the reason why he took so long to dispose of those people was because it’s hard for someone new like him. Then, Princess Davina’s eyes darted to a man—who only came a minute ago, sitting alone on the corner.
It was the messenger from Empress Morgana—he had already arrived.
Princess Davina could tell from how polished his face was that he came from the royal bubble.
One of the royal guards, perhaps, sent here to deliver the message.
Sighing inwardly, Princess Davina stood up and headed outside to check on Rex.
She exited from the inn and looked to her right, to an alley that seemed to still be connected to the inn, the owner’s personal space. Keeping her head down to avoid drawing any attention, she headed to that alley and recalled something; "The bartender hadn’t come back either."
Tracing through the alley, she eventually appeared at a stable and a house.
As expected, this was really the owner’s personal space.
