The man picked up the remote control, closed the curtains, and turned to leave, quietly closing the door.

"I really don’t understand how a single man in his thirties, raising a five-year-old alone, is so eager to marry a wife! But, does your son know you’re finding him a stepmother? And are you really not looking for his biological mom?"
"I’m naturally choosing the best for him, he’d be thrilled!" Lu Beichen chuckled, "You’re my longtime best friend, and of course, I’m telling you this great news first!"
