“And how should I prove it?” Su Luo coldly spat out.
The Seventh Elder and the Fifth Elder stood together on the same side, while the Fourth Elder remained neutral. At the moment, only the Eighth Elder stood by her side; this situation was far from favorable.
A trace of smugness lurked in the depths of the Fifth Elder’s eyes, as he interposed into their conversation: “Those five people had a combined strength roughly equal to……a person ranked 50th on the Dragon List.”
“Oh?” The corners of Su Luo’s lips curled up slightly.
The corners of the Fifth Elder’s lips carried an evil sneer: “So long as you can prove that your strength has become equivalent to the 50th ranked individual Dragon List, the deaths of those five people would be merely deemed normal deaths… Thereupon, nobody will continue to hold you accountable for them.”
“Or else?” Su Luo crossed her arms over her chest nonchalantly.
“Or else, you can get the hell out of Upstream Mountain!” The Fifth Elder rose to his full height with a snarl!
Su Luo's gaze swept across the rest of the Elders' faces. Besides slightly frowning Eighth Elder, the other three Elders evidently seemed to share the same opinion.
