Dave also expressed his sentiment, but after experiencing the transformation into a Madman, he said, "We have already been abandoned by civilized society once; now, no matter where we go, we will not feel afraid."
Around the Doomsday Volcano, there were many fire elements, and even Fire Element Lords. These elemental life forms, composed entirely of flames, had attire and clothing made of fire, and some Fire Element Lords even sported Fire Elemental Crowns on their heads.
But these fire elements were not ordinary; their entire bodies had been contaminated by the flames of the Doomsday Volcano, or rather, by the corrupted Law, making them filthy with patchy, mixed fires that reflected the instability of their disposition.
Upon seeing Ivita, these fire elements inexplicably became enraged and charged toward him, only to explode like squeezed balloons before they got within ten meters of Ivita, their flames vanishing into the void.
This was Ivita crushing them with his Light Soul.
"These mutated fire elemental creatures are not protected by a mighty and intact Law; I have no qualms about killing as many of them as necessary," Ivita explained to the two Raven People beside him. "Let’s continue upwards. Stay alert; I expect we’ll be meeting some friends before long."
