Ivita said, "The council meeting will end here. You may all leave, but Hearthstone Witch, you stay."
Once everyone had left, Ivita turned to Hearthstone Witch. "Monitor everyone who leaves the council hall. Ensure that within the next day, they don’t contact any foreigners. If they do, report to me immediately."
