But now Ivita’s Spiral Tower changes automatically, with iron chains appearing one after another. These chains stretched swiftly, producing violent noises similar to moving iron locks.
These chains are Ivita’s previous accumulation, parts hidden within the Spiral Tower that hadn’t been developed, but now under ’Ivita’s’ guidance, they had been fully brought into play.
These chains are scattered all over the maze. Some chains are covered with rust, looking like ancient artifacts; some chains are flawless, as if they were just forge-made.
After the placement of these massive chains throughout the maze, the dungeon seemed even more intimidating.
Within the dungeon, the six demons were scattered across different parts of the palace. Only now did they realize that their physical selves were all inside the palace. But to their surprise, they found that they were moving inside these palaces as if ordinary humans would in a maze.
They couldn’t use methods such as flying, destroying walls, and digging to leave the palace nor could they instantly understand the layout of the palace.
Asmodius Hellfire, Ayana of LS and Karlprut were the first demons to be drawn into the palace. They were yanked into the ground by innumerable chains and had treaded the palace maze for God knows how long.
