Pei Wendong obediently nodded in agreement.
When Feng Wei returned, Pei Yuan and Pei Qian saw that his left eye was bruised, a sign that he had been hit.

Pei Qin rolled her eyes towards the sky, as if she had been thrown into this broken place and into a pile of troubles on purpose. She was sure that the heavens were doing it intentionally!
Pei Wendong received praise from his teacher at school, returning home with a doubtful face and conflicted eyes looking at Mo Heng, who was waiting for him. He inadvertently blurted out what Mo Heng had taught him, not expecting that the teacher would praise him so much.
