Words could not overstate the sheer horrors of the strategic outlook of the Panama Continent.

No oaths, offers, or declarations mattered if one didn't have the power to reinforce them. And it became all too clear that the Panama Continent was simply far too lacking in power relative to all the powers that sought to colonize the entire continent.
