Chapter 3043: The Dynamics and Logistics of Martial Collectivism
The Britannian Prime Minister had a point.
"The Kandrian Empire only transported a minority, even if substantial, to the Esocline Federation and did so instantaneously. Likewise, the Martial Masters returned instantaneously as well," Prime Minister Edward continued. "For other nations, transferring Martial Artists would need to happen far in advance of the attack, leaving them more vulnerable. On top of that, as I mentioned, travel across the continent is not fast enough, so this plan is not viable for any Martial Artist aside from perhaps a Martial Sage."
These were all valid criticisms that the Britannian Empire mounted against the Emperor of Harmony. Many gathered leaders across human civilization nodded seriously, agreeing with the pushback that the Britannian Prime Minister levied against his former archenemy.
Unfortunately for him, the Emperor of Harmony had already thought about this problem quite thoroughly.
"Your concerns are valid and sound," Emperor Rael continued with a confident tone. "However, they are far from insurmountable or damning. In regard to the problem of transportation logistics, let me remind you that instantaneous transportation is not required. The Esocline Federation was alerted about the incoming entity about forty minutes prior to the attack itself. This means that as long as the transfer of Martial Artists occurs within this timeframe, it is possible to have all the necessary Martial Artists reach their target before an attack commences."
The leaders of human civilization fell into thought as they realized the merit of the Emperor’s argument.
Indeed, with a forty minute forewarning with the satellite surveillance technology, they didn’t need to transfer Martial capital across the continent instantly. This drastically reduced the most severe compunctions that leaders had towards the collectivization of Martial capital.
Of course, forty minutes was still an absurdly small timeframe to cross the entire continent, but the technology already existed. The jets developed by the Esocline Federation for transporting Martial Sages to the Beast Domain and serving as their base was one such instance.
In general, technology had progressed greatly in the past century, making quicker transport across human civilization more feasible.
"Additionally, with the collectivization of intelligence with a True World Intelligence Organization that will constructively harness all of our intelligence capital, we will soon begin detecting attacks even sooner than we normally do. From forty minutes an hour. To eventually two hours. To perhaps even half a day," the Emperor of Harmony pointed out keenly. "In other words, from this point on, the amount of forewarning we gain on impending attacks will only rise."
