Patrick looked at Silas with a frown. "Given by how tense the three cities’ relationship is, I can’t think of them letting anyone reach rank 7."
"She advanced secretly," Silas replied.
Perhaps, just like him advancing secretly by going to Central Magic City, Aya also found some ways to secretly advance to rank 7. He didn’t know for sure what Aya did, but she succeeded and became the youngest rank 7 in the history of the three cities.
"Is it...?" Patrick looked at Silas and then frowned. "What do you want to know about Wansu City?"
"Everything."

Patrick furrowed his eyebrows and then sighed. "Well, Wansu City was built 90 years ago when there’s only Yansu City in this area. Various families are upset because of Yansu City’s dominance and wanted to get more resources for their practice. You might not know much but it was said that other families who want to thrive had to submit to Yansu City or they would never be able to grow."
Patrick himself hadn’t existed when Wansu City was first built, but he knew more than Silas. After all, he was of Silas’s father’s generation and was actually already quite old.
"The first head is the one who lead the most wars against Yansu City and allowed Wansu City to thrive. Also, you might not know this, but the first head is from the Green Family. The family that’s known for their peace and healing ability ended up being the one to lead the most war."
