To be honest, Leon didn’t stay in the forest all night long.
He was not that weak and would be defeated in such a simple method.
Besides, Leon knew very well that even if his father had given up on him,he still had his teammates who were working with him. It was just that Leon couldn’t really accept it in his heart that his father would give up on him so thoroughly.
After a night of rest, Leon found that his father didn’t even look in his direction.
His sister, Lilac, still looked concerned but she didn’t step forward to help him.
This made Leon feel annoyed and he went out of the house, walking around, not knowing where to go. In the past, Leon would spend almost all time available to train, squeezing every single drop possible from himself and working as hard as possible. It was rare for him to take any break.
Today, Leon chose to go outside and looked around Wansu City.
He felt at loss.
Before long, he saw Silas who was buying some food. Even though Silas could eat those meat that he had hunted from the deep forest, he still had to buy other vegetables and all. Besides, it didn’t feel that good to eat meat all the time.
"Leon." Silas noticed Leon and smiled faintly. "Do you want to come and eat with me?"
"No." Leon shook his head and looked at the food that Silas brought with him. For a moment, Leon felt that Silas’s situation was actually not that good either because Silas had to take care of himself and there was no one who took care of him.
