Hearing this knock, the Fourth Head of the Wansu City looked wary, but he still said, "Come in."
The door opened and a man in a mask walked in. Only his eyes were visible but the Fourth Head of the Wansu City could still see the blames in the man’s eyes.
"Elder Vorkham, what do you want?" the Fourth Head of the Wansu City asked tiredly.
"How can you agree with their request?" Elder Vorkham questioned. He felt that these patriarchs were asking too much and their entire city’s resources would be taken by them. This made Elder Vorkham very dissatisfied with this matter.
"How else do you think they’re willing to put this matter down?" the Fourth Head of the Wansu City asked back.
He knew how greedy these patriarchs were, so the Fourth Head of the Wansu City had to make sure to satisfy a certain part of their appetite. Wansu City would indeed bleed because of this, but it was still within the range that the Fourth Head of the Wansu City could bear.
