No matter what, it was more important for her to talk with Patrick.
Though, she was not entirely sure what he wanted from them considering that they were only Leon’s temporary teammates. After Leon reached a certain height, it was impossible for them to stay teammates.
The Black Family was known to be a loner.
Except during the short period of time when they had just graduated and needed teammates to help them, they would usually go on missions by themselves. There were naturally some exceptions who also had teammates even after years, but the number was pitifully small.

As they entered the courtyard, they saw an old man walking out. From his appearance alone, he looked to be around 60 or even 70 years old. He might be older as they were not entirely sure.
His hair was completely white and he had many wrinkles on his face.
If one didn’t know better, they would think that he was nothing more than an ordinary old man who was standing there.
Well, except for Aya.
Aya could clearly sense the powerful magic emanating from this old man in front of her. He tried to suppress it, but for those who were keen, they would be able to detect it.
