Volume 15 Chapter 50: Got It
Volume 15 Chapter 50: Got It
“...”
Keith sat in the pergola; however, there was an oddity in all of this. His eyes were glazed. Complete defeat. This was the first time he had felt so beaten. What could help him regain his sense of taste? The more he got close to the answer, the further he was away. However,
Was there something I got wrong? Keith didn’t understand. He had used the formula correctly. She had talked about using the grimble fruit and then the Daffodil flowers with it as well. So how could he not taste it? While he was lost in thought,
“Keith,” Scarlet came over to him, "Do you need to do all of this?" She watched from the side; he had been hard at work over the last few days.
“It’s fine! This is only a setback to all of this!” Keith grinned, “I’m not going to give up, and I’m going to keep trying!” Despite facing this major setback, he had to keep going.
“...” Scarlet could only stay silent as she watched his face. There was only a smile. But that was when she pulled Keith down.
“What are you doing?” Keith blinked as his head rested on her lap.
“A reward for all your hard work.” A smile formed, “I never did reward you for all the trouble I caused you with Draezar.”
“Yeah, you never did.”
“Hey, you should just say thank you.”
“For all the trouble you caused me? Fat chance.” He was supposed to be going home and resting there, not coming here and trying to battle every maniac possible.
“Hehe.” It was a serene and soft atmosphere as the two said no words. She just let Keith sleep on her lap as she gently stroked his cheek. And all of this was seen by one person. He didn’t say anything but stared for a moment before he walked away. I miss you, Fioreal.
Keith then went into the room again. This time, he had a much clearer mind. Having a few minutes to relax and then figure out how to go about this. There has to be something in the diaries to tell me about it.

Finally! I’m having a baby! Woohoo! Alastair and I finally have a child together! It took some time, but it finally happened. And I wondered if-
Okay!
Keith quickly closed the book, not daring to read anymore. Anyone could tell that she was going to talk about her husband. Lady, you have no filter. Those two were so different yet so similar to one another. Fioreal was an outspoken woman who said what she liked, while Scarlet was the same, but her words were more laced with poison.
He slowly opened the book to a different page and continued to read.
I’m hoping for a son. But I hope that he is more energetic and runs around a lot. I don’t want him to be like his father, who is always so serious and brooding. However, I do want him to be a kind and helpful person. If it’s a girl, then I want her to be beautiful and cheerful. But she should be careful of men! That Sarthos fellow is definitely bad!
Indeed, he is bad. His entire lineage was horrible.

Today, I have come out to play! I didn’t tell Alastair about it. Seriously! I can't keep sitting in the castle! I’m not some caged bird! I’m a wild phoenix that needs to be set free! Luckily, I have some secret tunnels prepared!
“...” Lady Fioreal, you’re one crazy person. Keith could imagine it now. She stealthily escaped the castle like a ninja without any soldiers knowing. He could see it now. The thought was enough to make him shiver from laughter. However, as he continued to read, that was something that caused him to frown.
I know better than anyone that my time is coming up. I want to at least do something with this old life of mine before I disappear.
“...” Keith calmly looked at this statement. But as he turned over to the next page. That was when he noticed. What in the world? Why is it blank? That was something odd. How could there be blank pages? Fioreal was a woman who continued to write and write every day, no matter what. However, there wasn’t anything here.
Unless…
A thought came to Keith’s mind, but he was dreading this fact. No way, there’s no way Fioreal was going to leave it like this. She was too…smart. Keith looked around, “Can’t be.” Keith slowly shined some light onto the book. But that was when he got his answer.
“I got it.”
