In the hallway covered with a thick carpet, a young man played casually with a Gold Coin in his hand as he strolled along.
He hung his head slightly, seemingly lost in thought.
"Young Master."
The young man lifted his gaze slightly and looked at the person who had somehow appeared beside him.
"Is everything resolved?" His fingers rubbed the surface of the Gold Coin, his tone languid, with a trace of a gentle smile at the corner of his mouth.
"Yes, the traitors have been rooted out and dealt with according to the rules." The person responded respectfully.
The young man’s eyes curved in a smile, and after a moment, he tilted his head slightly and said to the person, "If something like this happens again, I will be very angry."
The person bowed even lower: "Yes."
The young man placed the Gold Coin into the person’s palm: "This is for you."
The Gold Coin in his palm seemed to carry the warmth of the young man, and the person’s hands trembled visibly, not wanting to accept it, yet too afraid to throw it away.
"Thank you, Young Master."
The young man chuckled contentedly and walked away.
