"No, nothing." Situ Xin certainly wouldn’t repeat what Baibai had said; she didn’t have the same thick skin as that stinky White Tiger.
"If it’s nothing, then let’s go." Xiao Muli didn’t press further after hearing Situ Xin say it was nothing.
"Hey, Muli, is it really okay for you to stick with me like this? I think you should go deal with the arms trade balance issues," suggested Situ Xin. She’d heard what Xiao Muli had mentioned earlier, but she felt it was best for the Family Head, Xiao Muli, to handle such a massive firearms deal personally.
However, Xiao Muli’s thoughts differed from Situ Xin’s. In his opinion, nothing was more important than being with the person he loved. Forget the mere arms trade—even if the Xiao Family were to face destruction, it wouldn’t be as important as his Baby.
"It’s fine, the matter can be handled by Che and Xuan. Oh, Che and Xuan are my left and right arms. They help me deal with the Xiao Family’s affairs when I’m not around," explained Xiao Muli, realizing that Situ Xin hadn’t met Che and Xuan yet.

If Xiao Muli had heard Baibai’s words, he would have certainly leapt out, pointed at Baibai, accused it of spouting nonsense, and questioned when it ever helped him; it was already doing well not to cause trouble.
Xiao Muli, remembering the personnel layout of the ammunition warehouse, intentionally steered Situ Xin and Baibai away from guarded areas. Deep down, he disliked the idea of everyone gazing at the woman he liked with astonishment and admiration.
