"It’s about this matter," Situ Muli said, his gaze shifting to Xiao Muli with some hesitation. The issue he wanted to discuss was of great importance and considered confidential; even a whisper of it leaking could greatly affect their operations.
"Baby, I’m going to step out for a moment," said Xiao Muli, who was reading a book. Although he was focused on the book, his special training allowed him to multitask. He was aware of everything happening around him. Noticing Situ Muli’s hesitance, Xiao Muli preemptively rose from his seat before Situ Xin could speak.
