But the joyful her could never have expected what awaited was the betrayal of those she trusted, of comrades she would have turned her back to. As bullets lodged in her body, Situ Xin fell into a pool of blood.
Watching herself lying in a pool of blood, seeing the coldness and disappointment in the eyes of those companions, the present Situ Xin felt her heart grow cold too. "Why, why would they do this to her? What did she do wrong to deserve such a fate?" thought Situ Xin, unable to restrain herself from crying out to the heavens.
