Chapter 176: Design Blueprint_1
"Yeah, not bad, not bad, our Baby is now a princess indeed," Situ Xin’s great-aunt said with a beaming smile as she looked at Situ Xin.
"Hee hee, our Baby has always been a princess, a true princess at that," Situ Xin’s aunt said, her affection for Situ Xin rivaling that of Situ Xin’s mother Loo Yaxin.
Since Old Master Yu had invited many people, the banquet was not held at home but was directly arranged at the National Grand Hotel. In her previous life, Situ Xin had been to the National Grand Hotel quite a few times, but since her rebirth, she had not yet been there.
Situ Xin rode with Old Master Situ and Old Madam Situ in the same car. Situ Haotian had originally planned to have his daughter ride with him; he missed her terribly after spending a long time in the army. However, just before boarding the car, his plans were foiled by his father, Old Master Situ, who had suddenly decided to woo her over to ride with them.
Situ Jin, looking at his father who had just lost his daughter to his grandfather, said without any consideration for face, "Dad, just save it. There’s no way Sister could ride with you. Haven’t you noticed that grandpa is also envious right now?"
Hearing his son’s words, Situ Haotian followed his son’s gaze towards his father-in-law, who was wearing a rather tight face at the moment.
Upon arriving at the National Grand Hotel, Situ Xin got out of the car. Since it was winter, her mother had wrapped her in a small white mink shawl before leaving the house.
Situ Xin looked at the familiar yet strange National Grand Hotel with mixed emotions. Old Master Situ, standing beside her, mistook her contemplative gaze for curiosity about the hotel. "Baby, do you like the National Grand Hotel? If you do, Grandpa will bring you here often in the future."
At Old Master Situ’s words, Situ Xin couldn’t help but have black lines popping up on her forehead.
After Old Master Loo and the others arrived, Old Master Loo and Old Master Situ took the lead at the front of the group, with everyone else following behind. There were exceptions, though. Situ Xin stood between the two Old Masters, holding hands with each. The usually stern-faced Old Masters now had a hint of a smile.
