"Karen's cooking is as terrible as ever. I need to go catch a new Pokémon. Hmm, I've decided—Gardevoir it is."
At breakfast, Will's baby-fat cheeks jiggled as he kept chewing while complaining about Karen's cooking.
Because it was obvious that Stephen was in a bad mood, Karen had gotten up especially early to prepare breakfast.
But seeing the current situation, if not for Stephen and the Pokémon present, Karen might have already turned Will into breakfast himself.
"Stephen, you still haven't told us what your plan is," Karen interjected, quickly changing the topic while silently making a mental note to deal with Will later.
Will paused his chewing and turned his curious gaze toward Stephen.
Although they knew Stephen had come to Alola to help Umbreon break through her limit, they still didn't know the specifics of his plan.
"We're going to Aether Paradise," Stephen said.
