Father Ji and Mrs. Ji were in charge of restoring production at each of the farms, with Wang Youde assisting them.
Xu Siming was responsible for the restoration of the medical system, assisted by Wen Yuheng.
Zhou Kai was in charge of the restoration of light industry, selecting suitable personnel to manage each factory independently.
Xia Li was tasked with leading the Guard Team to patrol and defend the border between the two cities, and to immediately repair any breaches found.
