"I’ve decided!" Hui slammed the table, startling her little friend.
"What’s wrong with you?" her little friend asked concernedly, "What’s gotten into you?"

"???" her little friend asked puzzledly, "Why do you want to become an adventurer?"
Hui pulled her friend closer, looked around to make sure no one was around, and then whispered, "Being an adventurer gives you a chance to earn an exemption to enter the Sacred Empire."
Her friend’s eyes brightened instantly, seeming to understand Hui’s meaning, "You mean..."

"Deal! That’s decided then!" her friend slammed the table too, then held her sore hand, grimacing.
